With the X-Terminate Tampa service-guarantee, follow-up inspections by qualified, licensed inspectors and additional termite control services are included. The service-guarantee includes the entire structure for the type of termite infestation originally treated and is from the date of the original completion. X-Terminate Tampa offers a One or Two year warranty.
X-Terminate Tampa offers an extended Termite Control Service maintenance plan at the end of the original guarantee period. This extended service is renewable on an annual basis and can be purchased by new owners if a transfer of ownership takes place.

If you’ve ever removed a nail from your wall and patched the hole, you have an idea of the drill and treat method. First, we drill a series of holes in infested walls. Then, we inject XT-2000 Orange Oil into the holes, where it spreads throughout the wood beams, killing termites and termite eggs … on contact. When applied correctly, there’s no escape for termites.
Once the holes are patched and painted, you’d never know the technician was there. Only the sweet smell of oranges remains.
